"I have to tell you that the staff, including myself, were very impressed and really enjoyed your presentation. You were certainly meant to do what you are doing. And apparently the kids couldn't say enough about you to their parents when they went home that night.
You inspired a lot of them."

"True character is not shown by doing what others want and expect. True character is shown by standing up for what you believe in, no matter how unpopular it may be."

What is the Never Quit program?
Jay delivering his Never Quit program at a local youth group.
Jay created the Never Quit program for one purpose -
to educate, inspire, and empower youth today for a better tomorrow. He shares deeply personal stories of trial and tribulation, the bad decisions he has made, and will bring students into the darkest moments of his life. Jay rarely quotes statistics, because in many instances, he was the statistic. Topics included in the program are suicide prevention, the negative effects of drugs and alcohol, peer pressure, and global awareness. He also conveys the importance of living a life of meaning and how volunteer work and community involvement can change your life.
Jay will also share heartwarming stories of triumph and success that have helped him in becoming exactly the person he wants to be. Through his message, he details how he went from being a kid who was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning and depression at the age of 16, to speaking at The White House and receiving an award from The President of The United States at age of 25.
What's amazing is that Jay will never tell the audience what they should or should not do. He is simply a coach and lets the messages of the stories speak for themselves.
What do I get with the Never Quit program?
Today most speakers come in, deliver a quick 40 minute speech, and they are out the door before the students leave the auditorium. Nothing can be further from the truth when Jay comes to your school or conference. Jay takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work and will give your students 110%. The Never Quit program on average lasts a full hour with one, two minute break in between.
If speaking at a high school Jay will deliver two speeches, one to the Freshman and Sophomore classes and one to the Junior and Senior classes. Catering the program to the age group of the audience. Jay also give's out one Never Quit award during each of the programs to a student identified beforehand by the faculty who represents the Never Quit attitude. Award consists of a plaque and a $50 American Express gift card!
Also, as a bonus just for the 2009/2010 school year, included in any high school program is a 40 minute leadership building workshop with 2-3 student leaders from each class! Essentially, you are getting Jay for the entire school day!
He will bring his audience through an emotional roller coaster of tears and laughs. Always coming back to the strong points of values that he wants to convey. The Never Quit Program will be a program that you will never forget and one that you will talk about and implement every day. Jay truly is,
"An inspiration for today's youth"
